What is the referral process?
Call Intake at 905-564-7485 ext 249, Monday-Friday, 10:30am-3:30pm.The intake secretary will ask a series of questions. If the referral is more relevant for another service, they will, with permission of the parents, pass the information gathered through the common intake form. Otherwise, you may directly call the more relevant agency.
What is the cost?
There is no fee for this service as it is funded through the Ontario tax base. There may be small charges for materials in specific instances.
Where is the service delivered?
Most services are provided in the homes of the family or guardian, but could
also be done in one of our offices. We deliver service through other agencies
such as childcare centres, Ontario Early Years Centres, and all three hospitals
in the Region of Peel.
